We want you to love your Fairy Lantern. If you're not completely enchanted, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How returns work
- Email us at hellosnugglepride@outlook.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with your return address and instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.
Late or missing refunds
If nothing has arrived after 7 business days, check with your bank or card provider first (processing times vary), then contact us and we'll chase it down.
