Processing — orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your Fairy Lantern is on her way.
Delivery times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 8–15 business days
Free tracked shipping on every order. During busy seasonal periods (especially October) deliveries can take a few extra days — order early for Halloween.
Wrong address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before dispatch. Once shipped, we can't reroute a parcel.
